The government is set to launch the One Million Coders Programme on April 16, fulfilling a key promise made by President John Dramani Mahama to train one million young Ghanaians in digital skills. This initiative aims to equip them for opportunities in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) sectors.
The pilot phase will commence in Greater Accra, Ashanti, Bono, and Upper East regions. The program aims for gender inclusivity, targeting a 50/50 gender split. Subsequent implementation phases will leverage district assemblies and Community Information Centers to extend the program’s reach beyond urban centers.

- Data Analyst Associate
- Certified Data Protection Expert
- Certified Data Protection Manager

- Certified Data Protection Officer
